Refund & Cancellation Policy

We have a 5-day return policy for eligible products, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please review our specific policies below for different product categories.

1. Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of customized products, such as Family Crossword Wall Frames, the following policies apply:

  • Replacement Policy Only for Damaged Items:
    If your customized product arrives damaged, we will provide a full replacement as soon as possible. To process the replacement, we require clear photographic evidence of the damage.

  • No Returns or Refunds for Other Reasons:
    Since these products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for any other reasons (e.g., incorrect customization provided by the customer).

Partial COD Orders

For orders placed under the Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option:

  • Partial Payment Terms:
    Customers pay a minimum amount upfront, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

  • Unclaimed COD Orders:
    If a customer refuses to accept the COD parcel, resulting in its return to us, we are not responsible for refunding the partial amount already paid. Instead, we will offer one free resend of the product, provided the customer agrees to cover the return courier charges.

2. Standard Refund & Cancellation Policies

We offer a full refund back to your original payment method under the following conditions:

  1. Order Lost in Transit:
    If your order is lost during transit, you may opt for a refund or request a resend (5-9 business days processing time).

  2. Incorrect or Damaged Items:
    If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will replace it or issue a refund upon reviewing photographic evidence.

  3. Delayed Delivery (15+ Business Days):
    For delays beyond 15 business days due to uncontrollable circumstances, we offer compensation as store credit in the form of a coupon code.

  4. Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
    If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or consignee not found, customers are responsible for paying courier charges for resending the product.

3. Digital Products

All digital product sales, including worksheet bundles, are final. No refunds or returns are available for digital content. For any inquiries, contact us at return@homeycomplex.com before completing your purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at return@homeycomplex.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
