REFUND | CANCELLATION

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do have pretty easy and straightforward refund & cancellation policies.  We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND ONLY IF:

  • Your order gets lost while in transit. You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.
  • You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc.. In this situation, we will require you to send a photo.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.
  • You received a damaged item. We will require you to send a proof of damage.  You may also opt for a resend.  Resends will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.
  • If your order is delayed (more than 15 business days) due to reasons we have no control of like postal delay, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.
  • If the product is returned to us due to incorrect address issue or consignee not found, the customer will have to pay the courier charges for resending the product.

REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
For digital products, including worksheet bundles, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any digital products purchased through our website. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and specifications before making a purchase decision. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
