We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND ONLY IF:

If your order is delayed (more than 15 business days) due to reasons we have no control of like postal delay, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.
If the product is returned to us due to incorrect address issue or consignee not found, the customer will have to pay the courier charges for resending the product.
